About the practice
Personalized medical aesthetics and whole-person wellness care, designed to help you look refreshed, feel energized, and age beautifully — in the heart of Castle Hills, San Antonio.
The practice
Evidence-based treatments delivered with clinical standards — never a sales pitch.
StayYoungSA Aesthetics & Wellness began within Heart Healthy Family Practice with a vision to bring medical expertise, aesthetics, and wellness together in a more thoughtful way. Today, StayYoungSA has grown into its own dedicated space in Suite 104, designed to provide a private, welcoming destination where patients can focus on looking, feeling, and living their best.
Led by Dr. Karen Architect, DNP, FNP-BC, our approach begins with listening. Every treatment plan is personalized to your goals, comfort, and individual needs rather than built around a one-size-fits-all menu. From injectables and advanced skin rejuvenation to medical weight management, hormone optimization, and private intimate wellness, care is thoughtfully designed around the whole person.
“Everything you need to look, feel, and age beautifully — in one trusted destination.”

Women's intimate wellness PRP uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from a small sample of the patient's own blood. The treatment is designed to support healthy tissue response, sensitivity, comfort, and overall intimate wellness.
Men's PRP treatment uses platelet-rich plasma prepared from the patient's own blood and may be considered as part of a personalized plan for male sexual wellness, sensitivity, circulation support, and confidence.
Emsella is a noninvasive treatment that uses electromagnetic technology to stimulate the pelvic floor muscles while the patient remains fully clothed. It may help support bladder control and pelvic floor strength.
Nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation treatments may support tissue quality, comfort, lubrication, and confidence. The recommended treatment depends on the patient's symptoms, health history, and individual goals.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause, menopause, aging, or other life stages may affect energy, mood, intimacy, lubrication, performance, and overall well-being. A medical evaluation can help identify whether hormone optimization may be appropriate.
